[Oh my gods, his babe has put mistletoe on a stick since she was much shorter than him and it's pretty much the most cute and amazing and loveable thing she's done (today). With a childish giggle he grabs her with his free arm and pulls her in closer, flinging off the plant he had in his hair. It looks pretty stupid and clashed with his makeup anyway.

There now her branch is directly above their heads.]

My my. What a chance encounter to meet you under here...

[She was totally expecting him to have some sort of absurd surprise of his own- oh hey she was right.

You completely ridiculous adorable stupid thing. She watches his little display with a hand over her mouth to hide her smiles and giggles.

Then he finally gets his act together and she's pulled in close and her little jerryrigged mistletoe is dangling above them. With a coy little glance she takes the rose from him and places it under her nose. Lovely. Such a romantic her Eikichi. Another giggle.]

It must be fate.

[She can play along.]

Oh but what will we do, with just us...alone...under this branch?

[Once his hand is free of the rose, he takes the opportunity to grab her with both his arms - Eikichi might not train, but he's surprisingly strong. Just a few times, not enough to make themselves dizzy.

When he grins at her, he can see his breath forming into a little mist, evaporating quickly. Despite the fact that they haven't been together like this for long, it still feels like each day is the first one...always exciting and new. And while deep under, he's still that shy little kid, with Miyabi, he feels like he can take on the world. And habits will die hard, as cheesy as his lines might be; they are all for her.]

You may have to remind me just what this strange custom is. My mind wanders too easily when you're close by...

[Gasp!] What shall we do indeed, handsome prince?

[Hey he's not the only ball of cheese around here. But he might be the bigger one. She squeals as she's suddenly lifted into the air, clinging on tight. He's made her dizzy and out of breath from giggles!

She'd spent so long loving him and never seeing him, filled with guilt at his memory but unable to move on... now that he's here and, unbelievable as it is, still loves her, her life finally feels like it's falling into place. There's a few stars in her eyes when she looks up at him through her lashes. There's a genuine smile about her that glows, even if what they're doing is sort of a game. He's a big romantic, he's her big romantic.]

[She giggles and touches his cheek.] Why, we must help dispel the curse of sadness that Loki cast upon the world by kissing beneath the evil mistletoe and remind the world of love.

Again? Oh no no, you've got it all wrong, pretty lady! It was always there from the moment I laid eyes on you.

[While that is incredibly corny, the smile on his face says it all; it's genuine romance. The type that gets sung about in old movies, the type that doesn't come all that often in this world. Can a chubby, stuttering eight year old really love someone for that long? Survey says, with Eikichi? Hell yeah. He had changed himself for her despite a setback that would have driven anyone else away. He will move mountains for her, if she asks.

Thickheaded to the core. And that had finally paid off in a way he couldn't have imagined. He pulls her even closer, just to feel Miyabi heartbeats against his own, lowering his head enough so that their noses can touch. There's an urge to just grab her by the elbows and kiss her without worry, but he's playing it coy. Building it up slowly....interweaving it with words. To anyone else, these words are over-the-top, silly, even a bit narcissistic. But Miyabi knows the truth; she's seen him for how he really is, and knows him without the mask.]

I'm afraid there's no one else for me. What fate! Stuck with an individual such as me for a very long time. Are you sure you're ready for that type of commitment? [And if that was just a normal talk of the day, imagine what it will be like when he finally asks for her hand in marriage.]

[Okay, he's definitely the bigger cheeseball. Not that that was ever really in question. But somehow she's a sucker for his corny lines. Maybe it's that she's just a hopeless romantic too, but she thinks it has more to do with the fact that they're from him, and for her, and nobody else in the world would could or will ever pull that kind of stunt on her. And she doesn't want them to.

She's practically at a loss for words, blushing and rubbing her nose on his. She'd just kiss him herself, but she can tell he's having fun playing his game. The giggles come unbidden. She really just can't with you, Eikichi.

But don't stop.]

[What's this? No snazzy comeback? No fancy purple prose to lay it on thick? Nope, at this point he just enjoys the fact that she's blushing and that his words have the power to do that, as horrible as they may be for...well...anyone else, truthfully.

He stops for a moment, if only to grab that silly little mistletoe branch away from her, and throw it behind him, hitting a poor person passing by. Too bad he is lost in his own world, with Miyabi right in dead center. Gods, she's so pretty.

Running a hand across her cheek to feel her soft skin, then in her hair, his eyes dance with a mischievous look in them, as he moves himself away from their nose rubbing, only to position himself properly for a little more direct contact; a kiss on the lips.]

[She's waiting for the sass or the purple prose for a moment, opening her mouth a little to point out the fact that he totally hit someone oh my god Eikichi but then she catches up to the purpose behind it's projectile status. Boyfriend kisses trump everything.

Or well, gentle caresses first. Her eyes flutter shut and she leans into the touch. She misses the flash of mischief in his eyes but it isn't hard to imagine, since he gets like that almost every time he kisses her. Like he's stealing a cookie from the jar. Miyabi thinks she understands the feeling, though, like every kiss is some special treat that only happens when opportunity strikes. Even if she gets to kiss him multiple times a day, every day. It's always a thrill.

So he will immediately find himself being kissed back, and her hands snaking up to his shoulders to pull him in. Her foot pops up a little, like they do in the movies.]

[The most forbidden of cookies, considering his diet, yet one he can't help but return to day after day.

As the kiss prolongs, Eikichi's own foot pops up as well. It's not like he gives a crap about that social structure kind of thing anyway. At least, until he almost trips over due to the fact he's standing on one leg, and catches himself just in time. He really needs a better balance. Thankfully the romantic gesture wasn't ruined and when they finely move apart, he can't help but giggle a bit. Now her lips are slightly black with his makeup.

He grins at her, smiling, before pulling her in closer into his chest, moving his arms around her waist and resting his head on her own. Gods, she's warm. He could stay like this forever.]

[Teehee~ good thing kisses don't have calories.

Miyabi strays a few fingers across the back if his neck and into his hair, careful not to muss it. She's giggling a little too when they come up for air. She sways and has to drop her own foot down as soon as Eikichi stumbles for balance. Oh you silly thing.

She can feel the lingering black lipstick, almost like he's left a longterm kiss on her lips, and pats them together like she would to spread her own lipgloss. She's sure she looks totally silly, but who cares when there are snuggles to be had? She nestles in with a happy sound, looping her arms around his waist tightly.]

[Haha, she looks even more adorable with that lipstick on. Not because black is her color, but more that its his color on her lips. A reminder of what happened.

And all of that makes him feel mischievous. The minute her hands warp around him, there's a grin, before he suddenly makes himself fall on purpose into the snowbank, dragging her on top of him before making the world's least innocent face.]

[Poor Miyabi is entirely unsuspecting until gravity has already taken it's course and flop they're in the snow. Or rather, Eikichi and her arms are in the snow.

That look on his face is absolutely calling his bluff.]

No you're not.

[So she wiggles up him a bit so get a better angle, flashing her own small mischievous face before kissing him again.]

[You know, while this plan of his is rather genius (according to him) and he does enjoy another round of kissing a lot...There's just the unshakable stupidity that he realizes once a few seconds are up and he's got snow sneaking into his back. Miyabi on top is keeping his front warm, but he quickly feels the coldness creeping up on him. And--

You know what, he's getting kisses and making out, the cold and internal worrying monologues can wait later. Hands still wrapped around her waist, he brings her in closer to extend the kiss as long as possible.]

[Even while she's enjoying the feeling of his lips on her's, she's realizing that Eikichi is probably getting very cold and very wet from lying in the snow. The whole stunt was cute of course, but also kind of dumb. Actually that sums her boyfriend up quite well.

Eventually she gets a chance to surface, holding her hair out of the way to see his face.]

You goof, you're probably soaked to the skin by now.

[She totally has lipstick smudged all over her face. Whoops.]
